Teens today face choices that have potentially disastrous consequences. Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Internet Bullying, Sexual Activity and Violence. Our 34th annual Teen Showcase, is a community effort to educate our youth on diverse topics that highlight the importance of making positive life choices. The Showcase is the area's largest teen conference serving 600 students annually.
This year's Showcase will include presentations on:
- Healthy alternatives to alcohol, tobacco, opioids other drugs
- Setting positive goals and making positive choices
- Handling pressure
- Teen dating violence
- Internet safety
- Other youth-related issues.

Teen Showcase is a collaborative effort of North Central Behavioral Health Systems, LaSalle County Health Department, Bureau-Putnam Counties' Community Partners Against Substance Abuse, Illinois Valley Community Hospital, St. Margaret's Health, and Illinois Valley Community College.
