"You Are Not Alone" is a free support group led by individuals who understand life challenges and can help others cope in today's world.

Peru: Group meets at the Illinois Valley Community Hospital the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8:00. Please check with the information desk for location in the hospital

Ottawa: Group meets at Jeramiah Joe's the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8:00.

"Paying it Forward" is a free support group of adults looking for fundamentals of mental health recovery.

"Life Support"

Does your teen or young adult suffer from a mental illness?  Are you looking for information, support, or just to know you’re not alone?  Than "Life Support" is just for you! "Life Support" is a support group for parents and caregivers of teens and young adults, who are currently or have been in the past, affected by mental illness.

When: The second Tuesday of every month

Time: 6:00 PM

Where: Women’s Healthcare Center located at IVCH in the Conference Room

Who: Anyone who would like to connect with other parents and caregivers on their journey to seeing their teens/young adults mentally healthy.
