Health Directions

Health Directions began operations in 1994 as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and has since expanded into an operating division of North Central Behavioral Health Systems as an in-person and online emotional health and wellness provider.  

Through confidential counseling, therapy, substance use, and community education services, Health Directions assists individuals in developing the tools they need to lead a happy and meaningful life.

In addition, a library of additional resources and community education information about mental health and substance use issues are available on the Health Directions website.
