The below Warm Line is a product of the Illinois Mental Health Collaborative supported by the auspice of the Illinois Department of Human Services. The below instructional document features information and instructions surrounding this warm line.  

Individuals using this warm line, may include:

• Individuals who currently receive mental health services in Illinois
• Individuals who want to be connected to services

• Individuals who have chosen to do recovery without services

• Providers who have questions about the Warm Line services or who are modeling the use of the Warm Line for individuals and introducing them to services

• Friends, partners, and colleagues of people with mental illnesses

• Family members of individuals who have mental health conditions
