North Central Behavioral Health Systems Conducting a Community Needs Assessment

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of mental health services in La Salle County, North Central Behavioral Health Systems is conducting a brief survey to gain valuable insights from our community members. The survey is an essential component of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) planning, development, and implementation grant needs assessment. Your input will significantly contribute to shaping the future of mental health services in LaSalle County.

The survey can be accessed before March 1, 2024, using the following link: https://triwestgroup.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Bvb34PIncARptk

Your involvement in this survey is a vital step towards building a stronger and more supportive mental health infrastructure. Together, we can create a more comprehensive and responsive mental health system that truly meets the needs of La Salle County residents.
