LaSalle County Health Survey Needs Your Participation

The LaSalle County Health Department, Healthier LaSalle County, and OSF HealthCare are requesting help from the local community to determine and prioritize health needs. A survey is now available, and residents can participate using the links listed below. The survey will remain available through August 31, 2024.

The survey will take approximately 12 minutes to complete, and all responses will be confidential.
